Every grape at Roc des Anges is picked by hand, at the coolest parts of the day, and are kept cool all the way into the press. The Grenache Blanc is incredibly fresh, with great fruit, vibrant minerality and a beautiful bouquet of aromas.

A light and pleasant dry white wine with a distinctive fresh citrus aroma and crisp acidity. Although it is a standard Chablis, it has a solid body and you can fully enjoy the original charm of Chablis.
A perfect accompaniment for shellfish menus, grilled fish, oysters, and sushi - but would also work well with many roast chicken recipes seasoned with fresh herbs such as thyme or tarragon.
Nose of dark fruits, violet, licorice, spices. Powerful, rich but nevertheless balanced. The texture is like crushed velvet and the finish evolves from a dark fruit blast to sweet vanilla and spice notes.

A bright and intense purple colour which is recognisably Malbec. With raspberry and red currant nuances there is a rich black cherry aroma. Yet at just 12.5% alcohol - each mouthfeel is smooth and the spicy and very fresh taste makes the glass go on.
